Job Description

We are a rapidly growing company in the Call Center / BPO sector. As a BPO Team Leader, you will lead the team and contribute to the success of our projects.

In this role, you will leverage the latest technologies and best practices to deliver high-quality solutions that meet our clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and manage projects
  • Collaborate and communicate with team members
  • Conduct regular meetings with clients
  • Quality control and performance improvement
  • Resolve technical issues and provide support

Requirements

Required:

  • 3+ years of relevant work experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Teamwork and leadership abilities
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Business-level English proficiency

Preferred:

  • Relevant certifications or qualifications
  • Management experience
  • Extensive industry network
